Owners lease the lot on which it is located.
Lot rent increases are dictated by the CPI
(Consumer Price Index) and Pass-On Charges.

$752 (B) Interior Corner Lots or Lake/Clubhouse View
$782 (C) Corner Lots w/ Clubhouse/Lake view
$20 Club Dues (Annual Fee paid every January 1st)
$73.90 Fire District Assessment for 2022 (Annual Fee paid every February 1st)
We allow indoor pets (such at cats), but do not allow dogs, unless they are properly certified service animals. All our homes are owner occupied, as we do not allow rentals nor subleasing.
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
We are located next to several shopping centers providing grocery stores, Target, Lowe's, Starbucks, Total Wine and a mall with a movie theater and Costco. YMCA fitness facility (CORE:SRQ) is located behind our property, that also includes a walking trail.
